Yep, It is old! I am gonna have to correct the pivot pin. Google shows a variance, and parts are not available, I have a fix for this. The existing shims should work but wanted to get it up to 100 while in there, I figure this is the direction the hobby is going.

Post # 1. The main issue is the pivot pin assembly. Kinda a hard carriage bolt to source. one shim plate is iffy but I think it will burn tires!!

I have an email or question into Brewers. There is a difference between the Hurst Super Shifter and the Comp Plus. That is the question here. I am working on the Super Shifter. (Push Down for reverse) not the extra handle version.

Does anybody know who might sell Hurst Super Shifter shim plates and Pivot pin assemblies? Maybe someone can point me out to what is different in the pivot pin assembly? I can tear into another shifter tomorrow and probably answer my own question but thought somebody might know right off the...
