    cutting pistons

    I have a set of new TRW L-2322 12.5 to 1 pistons. Has anyone cut down a set, and if so how much did you safley remove. Or, how much needs to be removed to get close to 10:1 with "X" heads. Any help greatly appreciated...thanks

    Needing a 69 four speed console top plate, front section only, but will take both if need be. I'm not looking for show quality, just nice will do. Thanks...
