    Transmission for push-button Barracuda

I seem to recall in 64 they had a plastic dash bezel that would cover the hole in the dash for the push button assy. A 66-auto steering column would give you a modern shift linkage for an automatic, A 64 pushbutton column would suffice for a floor shift. If you stay with the push button, be...

Thinking of moving to Florida in the next year

North Carolina gets hurricanes too and like Florida you get costal damage but when they move inland, they create even more havoc because North Carolina is not flat like Florida is and you get flash flooding.

Thinking of moving to Florida in the next year

But notice all of this kind of damage is along the coast, don't live on the coast live inland and not in south Florida and hurricanes are just an annoyance not life or property destroying.

Wheel hub questions for 10 inch drums

A machine shop could redrill all 5 holes offset from the original holes and that way you could save your hubs and maintain the 5 on 4-inch pattern and also use the factory style studs. Just another option for unobtainable hubs.

Thinking of moving to Florida in the next year

Stay away from the coast you need to be approximately 40-50 miles inland to minimize hurricane damage. Property insurance is insane currently I hope the state legislature can straighten that out soon. Home prices are still high, but I believe that's about to change. As far as schools go, I would...

    Demon non-option question

I am sure that most dealers would have ordered the basic package which would have included AM radio and cigarette lighter. I would also think automatic transmission would have been optional and 3 speed manual would have been standard.

    An Orion transmission?

Strange looks like a 903 but it has 3 synchronizers note the flat cover with no hump to clear the input shaft gear which would signify a 745 3 speed maybe it's not Mopar. I have seen the Orion name on Ford Transmissions.

    Moving to Florida this Weekend

My brother was stationed at Hurlburt until he got out of the Air Force, he owned a house in Navarre about 5 minutes from the beach. I am sure the area has grown up a lot since then. You could sit on his back patio at night and hear them out on the range practicing.

But now we have another disease to worry about at least there is an old vaccine for it, Measels they are now recommending an MMR vaccine booster for everybody. I don't think the MMR vaccine was around when I was a kid, but I did have one in 2007 before I went overseas to work.
