    Polishing grille

Wow those do look great, nice work! I'll have to find a set of headlight bezels as well and do them up the same. My originals are beat beyond repair I think. Thanks again for the pics and tips! Rob

    Polishing grille

Sweet! Thanks for the advice. Would the same go for my trunk trim? Looks like it's made of the same stuff?

    Polishing grille

Hey all, just a quick question about polishing trim. I just bought a set of grilles and bezels for my '67 Fastback and while I know you can lightly sand and polish stainless trim, is there anything I can do on the bezels? What are they made of? They are in great shape structurally, no dents or...

    273 heads on 318

So if these heads turned out to be decent, what's the solution for an intake? If the 273/318 heads are basically the same then will any 4BBL intake for a 318 work, aftermarket or otherwise? Sorry these are pretty rookie questions, I'm a bodyman not an engine builder! (Yet?!)

    273 heads on 318

Thanks for all the info! The 273 came out of my '67 Fastback and I was just curious whether there was the possibility of using some parts off of it. The original Commando 4 BBL was long gone when I got the car, this is a 2BBl version so I wasn't too concerned with keeping it. Thanks again! Rob

    273 heads on 318

Hey all, think this is my first new post! Just a quick question that I couldn't track down an answer to in old posts. I've seen some of the 318 build ups with people putting 273 heads on a 318 and was wondering what that gains you, besides the adjustable rockers? Thanks, Rob

    Hello from Saskatchewan

Thanks for the welcome all. Lots of fellow Canucks I see, that's cool. Makes the possibility of parts hunting a lot easier. As for pictures, I'm afraid it will be a while, I went and checked the old girl out this weekend (it's parked at the farm) and the mice have not been kind...for shame...

    Hello from Saskatchewan

Hey everyone, just a quick hello. My name's Rob from up in Saskatchewan Canada. Came across FABO looking for resto information for my 67 fastback Barracuda. It's a buckets console, 273 Commando car that was my daily driver for quite a few years. Now it is parked in a shed, trying to survive...
