My best guess is that the motor mount brackets are from an e-body. The motor did not seem to fit in the K-frame cradle correct. Made some shims 1/16" thick and the problem is solved until I can find some a-body brackets. Thanks

Assembling a 1970 Duster. Installed a 340 from a 73 cuda along with new sandwich style motor mounts. Installed a new set of Hooker headers. The isuue I am having is the steering center link is hitting the passenger side header and the oil pan on the same side. Wondering if anyone has had this...
