Seeing as you cut the heads, I would investigate lifter preload if you are using non adjustable rockers. You may have to use some shim stock to get about.020" lifter preload. If this is incorrect, vacuum and low end performance will suffer.

You will need a few items. Radiator, torsion bars,trans, driveshaft, rear end, brakes would be a good upgrade. B.t.w. you can buy motor mount kits to work with your existing k member.

You have to be careful with oiling on these. The 273's do not have the oiling groove cut into the rocker like the moper performance units do. I had some on a 340 and I did some damage due to minimal oiling. i had shafts with the banana grooves and this was not enough.
