We would squirt Marvel mystery oil into each cylinder through the spark plug holes. Work it by hand until it turns. Might take s week to work into the cylinder &rings. Get some good gas & starting fluid .Dump a little through the carb & crank .It would start .Slants are tough SOB's.

My wiper switch knob is held on by a set screw. I believe the headlight knob was also . Would you have one of those also? Forgive my dssh, looks like crap.

Will do when i get home. I do not have the original knob. Disappeared many years ago

You may be right about the allen screw . Every thing else has a set screw on it. I think The headlight switch was broken off but i'm not positive.

I am doing that on my 66 Dart. Best thing I can tell you is get a field service Manual. The diagram will show you everything and it helped me tremendously. What wire ,gauge connections ETC. You can find them free on line-someone here can tell you where . Print what you need .

WTF!!!!!!

I have made my own O rings. there are kits available with different width and length of materials and adhesive( Super Glue). I have cut and spliced some O rings to fit hard to find applications ,just cut it at a 45 and use super glue.

I would take the plugs out squirt marvel mystery oil in each cylinder, a fair amount. Let it sit for a few days resqirt it and see if you can turn it by hand.Check or change the oil in the motor probably change it since it's old,clean the plugs , Pour some oil over the rockers and lifters and...
