Is anyone re-pop'n 73 door panels with the fake woodgrain? Black would be great!

this might seem elementary but.... does the black not also stay on the top as well as in the grain? Would'nt you have to wipe the panel with a cloth or something to remove the black from the top of the brown?

Has anyone successfully re-painted their woodtrim on 72-76 dart dash pieces. I've got mine stripped and have a spare to play with...but I'd like to actually simulate the factory look.

I have a 1973 dart sport auto console. Is there any way to make the auto console look and work as a manual? I believe the manual has more of a square hole and the auto is more rectangle. Are there parts that I need to buy to make it look complete other than the dust boot? Please help!!!
