    Anybody Duracoat Their Guns ?

I had a duracoated FAL for a while, it was one heck of a nice finish on all of the surfaces. I wouldn't go with it on any bolt or carrier surfaces, but that is just my opinion.

does anybody make a coffemaker worth a damn!

Zojirushi Fresh Brew, check it out online. We went back to pressing coffee, with no plans on turning back, so ours is just sitting around in the pantry. That damn thing makes the best drip coffee, hands down, this side of a single brew rig. Built to last too. My wife has been itching for me...

    Hello, from Tucson, Az

Yep. But to get collector car insurance I need a full enclosed and lockable garage, which I do not have...

    Hello, from Tucson, Az

Thanks everyone. OC, plans are to keep it stock, as a driver. I have to smog it here in Tucson so I think my options are pretty limited as far as performance upgrades. Maybe down the line once all the little stuff is sorted out, and money allows, I'll Super Six her. She's a nice survivor...

    Rebuildable idler/tension pulley?

Car: '69 Dart Slant Six w/ factory air conditioning. I'm working to get the AC up and running in my Dart, and just finished replacing some of the missing wiring. I have a question about the idler/tension pulley... It is a single-v pulley with a cup washer and a seal for the pressed-in shaft...

    Okay guys, don't lie!

Beer can exhaust patch, yep. Not a folding chair, but I did use a milk crate as a driver's seat getting a '70 Beetle to the painters once. That was something else... Shifting and stopping was fun, and with no glass in the car it must have looked ridiculous. I often wonder how I made it this...

WTB: Dart DS Non-remote side view mirror

Man, that would be great! Here is what I have: The aluminum/pot metal was hammered down to retain the pressure bar, and was so brittle that it just crumbled when I lightly tapped it to re-seat the bar. It seems to brittle to drill and tap for some screws, and I'm reluctant to bust out the JB...

WTB: Dart DS Non-remote side view mirror

Well, I thought I'd be able to fix my wobbly driver's side mirror, but no dice. The tension bar was held on by rivets, not screws. It is shot and I can't see how I can repair it so I've got to find another one, preferably for less than the $150 I've found them for new. Let me know what you...

69 Dart - Fender mounted indicator bulbs

Nice, thanks everyone. I definitely have found the bulbs, and I'll be keeping that candle power link for future purchases. Now who has a line on budget-friendly lenses? Mine are pretty brittle from the life in AZ... I've been to the suppliers I know of online, but it seems I can't find any...

69 Dart - Fender mounted indicator bulbs

Roger that, thanks gentlemen. I did not see that the bulb slipped out as that one is pretty well stuck in there... I thought it was one piece, duh! Thanks again! Jason

69 Dart - Fender mounted indicator bulbs

Well, it seems I've stumbled on a tough to find bulb for my 1969 Dart's fender mounted indicator. I searched the forums but couldn't find any other posts mentioning bulbs like this: The wiring is good, but that bulb is dead... Anyone know where I can find one? Thanks! Jason

    Hello, from Tucson, Az

Hello! After decades of dreaming, and finally getting rid of all the excuses to NOT have the Mopar I've wanted, the stars aligned and I found this sweet '69 Dart to call my own. Just brought her home about 30 min. ago... 1969 Dart, and according to the original invoice the AC, Torqueflight...
