Hello, I want to convert my 71 Valiant/170 CID from points to stock electronic Ignition. Question: Will it work well with the stock coil or do I need a newer one? And if I go with a Pertronix FlameThrower coil with 3 ohm primary res can I throw the ballast ressistor away ? I hope you can help...

yep, I thought of the Pertronix System 1361A Do you think that`ll be good? But why should I get bigger after the muffler? I would have it made 2 1/4" the whole way or after the muffler 2". :sad5: well and another idea instead of the 4 bbl carb is a super six setup

well,I use it from Mar/Apr to Oct/Nov as a daily driver , but I want a "little" bit more performance and sound :D but it should still be at a relatively low price at the gas station

Hello, I´m thinking of putting a Offy Intake with a 4 bbl 500 cfm Edelbrok Carb on my 170/6 stock motor and changing the oem exhaust to 2 1/4" tubes. Do you think that´s a good or a bad idea? Thanx for your comments dimagg
