    wiring help

    when i bought my 74 scamp the previous owner had moved the battery to the trunk. black wire to frame rail and red goes up to the starter first then to starter relay? i dont know but that dont sound right? and battery wont stay charged? is this wired correctly?

    Transmission question

    Does the kick down cable have anything to do with how the car shifts? Reason I ask another guy at the race track said my car would shift harder if it was hooked up. It's a 727 with a shift kit.

    glass first then headliner

    does the headliner go in first befor the glass or does it matter?

    header glowing?

    just putting the scamp back together after paint only had it started prob 4 or 5 times since built when i started it i couldnt get it to stay idling i had to keep pumping it and as i was doing it i noticed header tube #5 started glowing red! is this a carberator problem??

    in need of smaller brake boosters that bolt right up??

    ive got a 74 scamp that needs a smaller brake booster! the original one is way too big it looks like a spare tire under the hood. does any one make one that bolts up that is smaller or what?? and suggestions??
