The instrument cluster in my 67 Dart is in bad shape, none of the gauges work, a few pins are broken, and it's been corroded quite a bit. I'm pretty sure that with a lot of extra time/soldering I'd be able to figure it out, but my question is; would it just be better to buy an aftermarket...

I have a 1967 Dodge Dart. The air vent that comes out of my fuel tank seems to be blocked up, this causes my fuel to drain extremely slowly into my tank. What would be the best way to go about fixing this?
