Yea I figured that, so everything seems to be working EXCEPT the NOS alternator from advanced auto. So I will be swapping this one out tomaro and I will give an update. Thanks a lot guys and I hope this 3 page Topic can help many more people in the future.:D

OK Bill I did your exact test by using a No8 jumper wire from ALT case to Battery Negative. While the engine running I placed the black probe on Battery Negative post and the red probe on ALT case and it read 0.0V with the multimeter. So that means the Alt is properly grounded, right?

Ok I did as dart273 stated and unhooked both field wîres. I then hooked a clip lead to ground and the other I tried to hook to battery stud on starter relay but couldn't because it would spark way to bad when i tried to clip. What does that mean??
