Had the Mazda in for it's first repair yesterday. Gave me an engine light and malfunction message last weekend. The checked code and it was for engine not coming to temp fast enough. They actually had a TSB for the thermostat sticking open. So they changed it. Under warranty. :thumbsup...

I haven't been to any but the Mopar show for several years. Can't remember if they have an area for whole cars, like Hershey does the 'car coral' on the road. But I thought Spring and Fall was everything for sale. Few if any actual show cars.

Beautiful day here! Sunny, mid 70s. Gave the Mazda its first good bucket wash of the year with 'ceramic boost' soap. (I just pressure wash at the car wash through Winter) I don't know how much is just good original paint vs ceramic coat and wash. But it keeps it looking nice. Even pressure...

The Duster is alive! Hooked up the ministart. That little thing really cranks! Maybe 10-15 seconds and it did not start. Let off, and hit second time and it fired right up! Moved it a little in the driveway, but haven’t gotten on road yet.. Traffic if pretty busy at the moment, maybe later...

We are right on a state rd that gets lots of salt and some cinders. Used to be a lot more of the latter. The front 6 to 10ft gets all that blasted up across it from the plows. Old neighbor would get at it with a shop vac in the Spring...

I do some 'extra' mulch work to nearly eliminate weekly weedwacking edges. For years the flower beds got bigger, cause Mae was planting lots of flowers. She doesn't do much out there anymore. So I am gradually shrinking them. I have 50+ sq ft less of mulched area than 2 years ago. Depends...

Weed free? The edge looks like that because I shrunk the planting bed last year. That was freshly seeded. A few feet out is where I removed a stump and seeded year before. Other than that its more like grass free. LOL

in for another break... Brought up several wheelbarrow loads of mulch so far. My property has a nice grade for water to run back. Not so great for bringing things up. LOL

Ran a couple errands. While pumping gas I walked to the other side and saw a screw head in my tire. :mad: Drive home with it in, prepared for the worst… Just a little one, and no bubbles with a dab of soap. :thumbsup:
