Hello-- The State of Connecticut does not issue titles for vehicles over 20 years old; so, no, I don't have one.

    [WANTED] 66 Cuda A-pillar Moldings

Greetings-- Looking for a pair of interior A-pillar moldings for my '66 'Cuda. Believe that '65 'Cuda items will fit, as should '66 Valiant. These are wide plastic pieces, and have 3 screw holes. Color doesn't matter, and minor damage is OK. As per the recently posted scammer alert...

    A shocking development +

I was surprised at how limited the choices are for shocks for my '66 Cuda (stock suspension). I settled on Gabriel Guardian gas units for the rear (and Gabriel Classic for the front); haven't fitted them yet, but at around $20 each they seem to be a good combination of quality and price.

Captian Obvious Driving a cool 65 Formula S??

Think I've figured it out! One of the reprint catalogs I have is the "1964 - 1969 Plymouth Barracuda Information Manual". In there, it shows a side view of a black '67 'Cuda Fastback (one of three body styles offered), which seems to be a dead ringer for the ObviousMobile--right down to the...

Early A Rear Sway Bar Install Pictures? Mounts to Axle

@ Oklacarcollecto: I believe you're right: In my reprint of the Mopar "Hi-Performance and Dress-Up Parts" catalog for 1962-66, sway-bar kits for the early A-bodies are shown for the front only; uprated springs and shocks are listed and pictured for the rear, but no sway bar is mentioned or shown.

    61-62 Lancer question

"Hardtop" is one of those words, like "fastback," that confuses many people. A little history helps here: A hardtop was originally a solid "shell" attached to a convertible to weatherproof it during the winter--so, a car with a permanent metal roof that had the same look became known as a...

    fr. and rr. sway bars

I've been doing a ton of research and reading about brake/suspension mods for my '66 'Cuda; and while these early A-bodies handle better than most of their contemporaries (but with more body roll than I'd like), the brakes scare the hell out of me. So, here goes: (1) Sway bars: The preferred...

Captian Obvious Driving a cool 65 Formula S??

Many thanks for the video link, Kmrumedy; I first saw this commercial a few days ago, and almost jumped out of my seat! (I have a black '66 base-model 'Cuda.) A few things I noticed: (1) All emblems seem to have been removed, Photoshopped out, or papered/taped over. Take a look at the close-up...
