How tight to set solid lifters

Just found out that cold, or hot, my lash does not change one bit. This is an iron block 340, Edelbrock aluminum heads, with aluminum Harland Sharp roller rockers, and Smith Bros. ball/cup pushrods. I set them all at .022" cold, ran it to full operating temperature and the lash is still .022"...

Paint line between interior and exterior color?

If it is a Dart Sport (aka Demon) yes it had the new interior with plastic or other materials covering everything. If it was a Dart Swinger (old body style) there was still metal showing in the interior.

Paint line between interior and exterior color?

There were different trim levels. Some of the cheaper models still had the painted sheetmetal in the interior. I know this is a picture of a '73 Valiant, but I'm betting a base Dart would be the same/similar.

    Waxing Without Destroying Decals

You can use this on matte-gloss black paint/plastic/vinyl. Of course, if it has alredy been contaminated with old wax, it might not fix it.

Paint line between interior and exterior color?

The masking line on the doors is at the centerline of the weatherstrip on the doors. In the rear seat area, just the sheetmetal below the windows is painted. But there is no other interior color on the body that I can think of. Yes the dash would be a satin variety of B5, as would a lot of other...

They were die-cut, and unless the OEM had a bunch of dies made by a troop of monkeys, they were all identical. If you happen to find OEM stripes 50 years later, of course they...

    1967 Dodge Dart Gt options

It has no name. Mopar created their own lettering styles.

They never used off the shelf fonts. They had huge art departments that created their own lettering designs. Probably still do.

Just in case you are in need of info: Diamondback 225/60R15 on Team III ET-V wheels, 15x7" with 4 3/4" backspacing. With this wheel you can 100% run those tires front & rear. I am about 95% sure I could run a 235 tire on the back. But I like them all the same size now.

    Dartin for Divorce

We have that old plate law in CT too. Trick here is that you have to have a sticker that matches the year of the car. Thanks go out to the aftermarket people who actually reproduce those old stickers! What's really funny is that a lot of cops here do not seem to know that running old/expired...
