    It has eddie rpm performer alum heads and they recommend that I run 1 to 2 degrees cooler sparkplugs, any help as far as brand or number would be helpfull. Thank you

    Thanks again everyone, it's very interesting reading your thoughts on this, the cam was installed at the machine shop and I'm not sure if he degreed it, the springs and lifters were what was required by the cam card, because I used the Hughes 1.6 roller rockers the machine shop had to measure...

    The heads are a closed chamber 63 cc, according to Dave Hughes the Pistons in the 340 come out of the deck by 6 thou and with the icon Pistons he sold me in his words would be exactly 10-1 compression

    for the springs and lifters they came from Hughes engines and he custom made the pushrods

    I'm not going to say I know the math, that's the reason I was told to talk to Dave Hughes, I gave him all he needed as far as car weight my weight tire gear trans, and ordered all parts from him, not saying he's wrong! I just don't know if I went wrong somewhere

I have to find the cam card, but that is with the 1.6 rockers, the pistons are icon forged and Hughes did the math on the 10-1 compression, the tranny is 833, I didn't degree the cam , it's dot to dot, Dave...
