The gouge is the length of the cylinder wall and you can catch your finger nail on it. It's standard bore now, I figured getting it bored 30 over would take care of it. I will reach out to the shops mentioned in the thread, thanks and much appreciated!

See if it's getting spark, could be the crank sensor. Common problem on the magnum engines.

Have you tried using a hand held vacuum pump with the brake bleeder adapter to see if you can draw fluid to that corner of the vehicle? Always remember to start with the wheel farthest from the master cylinder? Did you bench bleed the master before you installed on the vehicle?
