After some thinking, I've decided to keep the 198 for now. And do a very mild build. Intake, header, cam kit, shaved head, and a 4 bbl. But I already have a holley carb, just needs to be rebuilt. And while im having some fun with the slant, im going to be saving up for a 383, or 440, 4 speed...

Well, I'm looking at cheap ebay turbo setups. Full universal kits for under 1k. I'm hopefully selling some stuff and saving up enough cash to buy one of these kits. Their not the highest quality, but it will work for now. My Valiant is at 70k original miles. I just plan on rebuilding the factory...
