I am swapping out a radio on a 63 Signet and are wondering what antenna fits best. I have one I bought at Crutchfield a few years back, but it doesn’t fit correctly. Any suggestions are appreciated.

65 Cuda and Cudamark, thank you very much for pointing that out. I have the new one, and was going to take it apart. I was hesitant because of the way the lines are pressed in. I will open the hole larger. Thanks again for the great advice.

Yes, i have the gasket, the screws. The inside of the door has the hole to accept the remote. I’m hesitant to take the mirror remote apart, but that might be the best way.

Thanks. It has a remote mirror already, that’s broken. Trying to decide if I take the remote handle apart to feed the cables thru the hole, or open the hole so I can feed the remote cable and handle together.

I picked up a replacement mirror and see that the controller doesn’t fit inside the door hole. Do I have to take the mirror apart or ream the hole? I’m hesitating on taking the mirror apart because I don’t think it will go back the same.

it is the 2 round brass washers that go on the outsides of the manifold.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the brass washers on a slant 6 exhaust manifold? I was sending my only one to a machine shop to have it made and the envelope was ripped open at the post office and the washer was lost. Lesson learned on mailing parts. I can’t seem to find them anywhere.

Thanks for the info. For the Radiator, I’m trying to get one that will fit right in. Prior to me getting the car somebody put in a radiator and rigged up the hoses. For the washer, if you have a cone shaped one, let me know what you want for it, that’s great. Thanks very much.

I’m looking for the cone shaped. I have to bolt the manifolds up. I’m also looking for a radiator. I looked at the O’Reilly website, but couldn’t find 63. And ideas on radiators?

Thanks Guys. I found the flared bolt on McMaster Carr. I realized that I also have a broken washer, like the one to the right on the photo Cuda416 attached. Also, does anyone know where to get a radiator for a slant 6?? The bolts spaces are 21 1/4" side to side and 11 1/2 inches top to bottom...

Does anyone know where to find,and the size of the flared nut that holds the manifolds to the head on a Slant Six?? I broke one off
