No hinges come with it because I don't have any lol. Has rust on the underside surface is OK though. The latch is good but the Plymouth badge is missing asking $350
The skin blew off my hood today sooo I need a hood, minor surface rust is as bad as I'm looking for. Would love one with a 6 pack scoop but at this point any would be nice
