Cant find a rear deck panel ! Is there any other rear deck panels I could use for patch panels with the same radious around the rear window any help would be appreciated thanks Jeff

I have a 69 the rear deck filler has rusted thru in a couple spots at the window. Cant find a panel anywhere to replace the whole thing so I'm trying to figure out witch would be a close match for patches like for the radious and lip I would need couple 5" pieces. Any help would.be appreciated...
