Yea I was afraid of saying nuts, acutally they are lil sleeve like dealy bobbies kinda like those plastic wall hanger things that you pound into sheet rock, put in a screw and when ya tighten it flanges or swells making an anchor. They are not nuts where I have to remove the fender itself to...
