I will add to slantsixdan's post above by saying I use those Philips X-Treme red 1157s and their X-Treme white 1156s in one of my older vehicles, and they work righteously. Just waiting on Canada Post to bring me a little something-something so I can add the Zevo 1157 ambers & the flasher units...

Nice work! Who would have thunk this stuff with exterior lighting was so involved. I sprayed my cargo lamp red & ordered a red LED to convert into a third brake lamp (CHMSL) but after reading this thread, I got the red spray off & will keep the cargo lamp as a cargo lamp. LOL.
