I have a 71 Dart with a 340. It is running like it is only firing on a few cylinders. I noticed a white/greyish sludge on the dipstick and so I assumed the head gasket was blown. I pulled the head and the gasket looks fine. Just looking at the head, it looks like it is fine with no cracks...
