Wow yes that’s a beauty and a nice example. That’s the original colour of my B5 blue one as you can see the fender tag I kept original. I also have the lower rocker chrome put away in my garage. Makes me want to put it back on after seeing yours. Thx for the reply

Here’s one someone sent me in Nanaimo bc Vancouver island. Never saw it personally but it looks legit. I mean where in the world are you going to find those emblems when they don’t reproduce use!

Can you imagine if somebody stole those! And thx for the reply. Good thing it’s inside a garage. When I got the car from my parents they’re was only one screw in the emblem on the drivers side. I’ve done slot of work in the last year and a half to it. Lucky to find a small bolt rear out of a 66...

Here are some interior pictures of the 71 dart GT!! The front seats are getting redone in the summer. I have to buy 70 dart bucket seat covers from classic industries and use the Center badge on the old seats because the 1971’s are not available.

I know this post is old but I have a factory A65 1971 Dodge Dart GT that was also documented on Bruce’s site before he died. It was light gold but now it’s B5 blue. When Bruce’s site was up and running they’re was only a dozen or do of these cars posted and they’re is little to no information on...

One more thing. Could I have a faulty oil pump? Forcing my oil out the filter area?

This car is one of the rare A65 71 Dart GTs and I would sure love to be driving this thing to car shows this summer.

Ok what I’ll do is order a 79 plate from the dealer, see if it’s different than mine, drill out more holes and try again, just snugging it up. If I buy an angled filter will this solve my problem being that the header is 1/16 away from the filter. Or are these angled adapters a pain to seal as well?

I’ve heard about drilling holes but have not done that as it was already installed and yes I waited 24 hrs before firing it up

It was the plate that came with the engine already installed and when I removed it, it looked like they’re wasn’t much of a gasket there at all. Ph43 filter and generic 10w30 oil from Lordco

Every time I start the 360 oil pours all over the ground, replaced filter, replaced gasket under block plate with sealant, no 45 degree adapter, no paint on anything. This time a cured it up instead of pouring all over the exhaust it simply blew all over my front passenger wheel. Can not keep...
