there is some resistance but it's slight. I took all the cables off and soaked them oil. hooked them back up, same binding problem on the heat/defrost lever. the temp lever is working well now. going to take a hard look at the control in the dash tomorrow. something isn't right here. this...

somewhere I'm screwing this up. when unattached to the HC, smooth operation, when attached they bind up and the controls on the dash are extremely difficult to move. there are only three cables. they are in the coorect position. any ideas?

and BTW...SMS restored my HC. and did one heck of a job. it's perfect
