I should have been more specific, Mine is leaking underneath the dust cover for the sector shaft, Manual calls for a special spanner wrench, but I am thinking there is a easier way than that,

Looking for some advice on how to remove the ring around the dust cover on this style box, mine is leaking from the seal under the dust cover, trying to do this in car if possible.
