    Plum Crazy or Citron Yella?

Dont remember that there were any FOUR cylinder Firebirds... Sixes, yes, but I cant remember a 4. There was that lovely OHC6 in 67-8-9 and 'plain' sixes were available in teh second gen with V6s in the third, but cant remember a 4 ever. Of course, never say never, but a 4 in a firebird would be...

Thank you. Was it a page devoted to Giant/Whitlock/Strum , or just a generic parts store page? I do NOT faceberg, but stuff like this tempts me...:) Brought back many memories of our local Whitlock and the time I worked there. Numerous stories. I smiled for a couple of days... [btw... your...

YES! How great... this is from 'Giant' Auto parts from the 'shoplifter' sign, but I recognised it immediately as being a "Whitlock" . The same company operated under Giant, Strum and Whitlock depending upon what part of the country; I worked at Whitlock for awhile in the very early 80s. These...

    Your first mopar...?

First Mopar / first car was a 70 RoadRunner. Purchased in late 75 - like November - from the original owner, it had ~42k on it, was stone stock with whitewalls and studded M&S on the back... Only photo I have scanned is after owning it for about a year or 18 months.

    Post your Garage wall decor

Love the office space. First thing I noticed is the framed AAR Cuda poster ; its one of a series that GoodYear did in 1970. Looks like yours is a real 'matte' finish - almost like a giclee. Is it behind really matte glass , an actual painting or can I just not see well? A large local parts store...

Mr 66340sedan just made my day. Maybe week. No, year. This photo is from the dragstrip in Tulsa at the NHOA national meet, circa summer of 77. The cuda is nice and all, but look towards the upper left hand corner; thats MY car! Guarantee its my RoadRunner . How do I know? Well, first, I know...

OK...I know - REAL late to the party, but I was just directed to this photo and this thread from a link over on FBBO. Anyway, yes, this is in Tulsa, the occasion was the 76 Street Machine Nationals. I've seen several images from that event in this thread, as well as some other 'Nats' pictures...
