how you going to control that trans? i believe your only option is HOTWIREAUTO.com I used them for my 6.4 545rfe swap...

I tried a ext. voltage reg on mine and it didn't work...I sent my alt out and they made it a 1 wire int reg. works great now...they were in riverside CA. and cost was 80.00 with shipping i think...

to get that bearing out, back the cavity with grease, and then keep pushing grease in. it will be pushed out...and the chevy 400 700r trans mount bolted right on my 545rfe...

6.4 in a 64 valiant...sounds like a good one....you will love it! what trans you going to run? any pictures of the build so far? i have a 6.4 in my 1/2 gmc truck, I'm running the 5-45rfe trans
