Yes seeing a driver sweep the series is cool. But doesn't impress me much. Why don't pro football players play in college or high school games. The minor leagues are for young rookies to shine, not have to compete against pros with experience.

I understand racers wanting to race all the time. But if I was racing in cup i would only focus on cup races. Too much of a risk racing in another series. Dale Jr missed a bunch of races when his car caught fire racing on an off weekend race. This could ruin Kyle's chance at a championship...

I thought it was funny how Dodge sponsored a NASCAR race a couple of weeks ago. Another reason never be loyal to big business.

After 20 straight years these are the reasons I stopped going. Every year they put less and less into the show. They had Big Daddy, Dick Landy and Sox and Martin just to name a few. The last time I went I was given total crap from the tech inspector for no reason. Not towing my car 5 hours...

I'll agree with the golf carts. At times I felt safer walking on the track. But all in all I had a good time, even if I was expecting more special things for Dodge's 100th and Hemi's 50th. I'd go again but I want to try different shows. But here's a few pictures I took.

I was wondering if the ghost town today was normal for the show. And I was hoping for more special cars and guest. I wish I saw the hellcat. Reminds me of Englishtown, slowly went down hill til it was not worth going.

I used one once for my 70 RR. It did the trick. Yes not as good as a real car hauler but you do what you have to do.
