Thanks Badsport! Def a 8.25, cover on the rear and oval shaped. Only difference is I don't have the filler plug to he rear. Mine is on the passenger side on the front half.

Really appreciate it. I will jack it up when my diveway drys out and remove the cover. You can see the grease in the pics. I've got a leak or two to fix anyway. Since I know its a 8.25 I will keep it and rebuild it with suregrip if thats what it takes. Thanks again,
