I did the disk swap on my 69 dart using the master cylinder and disks from my 73. I left the K member and lower control arm and all the tie rods in the 69. you should only need to swap everything above the lower ball joint, including the upper control arm.

I have a BB 727 that we are putting into a 69 Dart but it is a short tail with the bolt on yolk. Can we swap the tail without taring the whole trans apart?

This is good to know. I planned on building my small block 727 myself but i need a big block for my Dart and was thinking of a TCI because i dont have a BB core to use. I guess i will have to find another option. Thanks for all the input.
