agreed on the fuel pump, the increased pressure will probably give you more problems then good. I would find that coil at your parents and just swap it out, its a quick test to see if its your coil vs. fuel. and coils can work just great cold and horrible hot if its bad that is. good luck

dont have experience with the msd blaster specifically but seen multiple aftermarket coils not work in hot weather, if you have a spare coil around swap them out for a test. and never put a chrome accel coil on it! those are gauranteed to fail..good luck

Change out your coil!!! my brother and my self have both had a similar issue in hot weather, i spent weeks thinking it was a vapor lock/fuel issue. pulled the cheap chrome coil off, put on the factory black mopar coil and it runs perfect! super easy fix if its the same problem. good luck

because a mild 360 wont get much over 10 with a four barrel even if you baby it.. If it doesnt get less than 8mpg it isnt a muscle car!

buy a four door valiant or dart with a good 6 for less than 2000k, they run for ever and you can fix stuff unlike the computer cars. then go big with your 383!

1968 Dodge dart hemi, the factory one they only made a small amount of. Mopar gasser with straigh axle front end and old school spoke mags. (also take a willys) 1970 Dodge dart gt, buckets, 4 speed, small block, with double scoops.

great story, ive heard those dz302 are the 340 of sbc's, but no one can compete with a mopar engine. good luck with your rebuild.

Not sure if i missed it in one of the replies but i've heard that the 64 has the fuel/temp/amps as separate gauges and the 65 has them clustered all together.
