    M Code '69 Dart GTS

If I were to restore the car there would be all kinds of things to do. It's an unrestored car with a ton of history and painting a grill black was what everybody did back then.

    M Code '69 Dart GTS

But it's not a restored car!

    M Code '69 Dart GTS

I color sanded and buffed the old paint and she shined up nice!

    M Code '69 Dart GTS

No disrespect, but it wasn't to me. And it wasn't important to every owner of this car, which is about 5 or 6 registered and non registered owners including the original owner who was the one that threw them away. This car has some great race history and loads of documents, trophies, plaques...

I don't see where having them or not is going to make a big difference. If I buy them the car is worth more, about the cost of what I paid for them more. And if I don't have them the car is worth less, about the cost of not buying them less. So why bother unless I wanted them for a restoration?

What's a set of these manifolds worth?
  7. Muscle Mopars

    M Code '69 Dart GTS

Well, the car isn't going to be restored while it's in my care so no need for them. But, if I were to come across a pair and they were priced right I just might put them on my shelf!

    M Code '69 Dart GTS

No. I know the original owner and he pulled those manifolds off pretty much the first day he had the car back in '69! So, I don't think it's that important to have them. The car has nice flowing TTI headers and full exhaust system on it now and runs and sounds awesome.

My new M Code just got here. Looks great for a mostly unrestored car! Needs a few things but I'm lookin forward to tinkering on it. I'm happy with it!

    M Code '69 Dart GTS

I recently had a survivor type '69 383 4 speed Dart GTS for a few years that I enjoyed owning and showing but when a '69 M Code Road Runner project came along I had to let it go. During that time I had a good handle on the '69 383 GTS cars values and was able to look up values online in value...

Yes, it was in Colorado for awhile and then went to California for approximately the last year or two.

    M Code '69 Dart GTS

No... I was comfortable paying what I did for it but really couldn't find and good M Code value info online and wanted to pick the brains of the A Body guys for their experienced opinions. I had my own idea of what it might be worth and from what I've heard so far I'm in general agreement...

    M Code '69 Dart GTS

OK, relax... ;) The one I'm going to buy is a nice partially restored, partially unrestored car. It was advertised here on FABO a couple years ago for mid $50's just in case some of you remember it. In fact you can find that old ad by Googling it. There is a big description of it there...

    M Code '69 Dart GTS

What I'm looking for is a price range for a '69 GTS 440 car. Like when you go to Hagerty.com and look at their Value Guide. They don't have a value guide for an M Code Dart so I thought I would ask the question at the "For A Bodies Only" forum to see if there might be some one or a few people...

Found this one too: Lot S55, sold for $81,400, including buyer’s premium, at Mecum’s auction in Houston, TX, on April 8, 2017. It was offered with no reserve.

    M Code '69 Dart GTS

Sooooo... what's the value in the end? By the way, the one I'm looking at does not need to be restored. It's a nice partially unrestored/restored original sheet metal car with tons of documentation and history.

I'm getting the chance to buy an original M Code '69 Dart GTS 440 car. I'm having a hard time determining what these cars are worth today. Anybody on here have some recent experience or know or have an opinion about what the M Codes are going for in todays market in any condition? Thanks for...

Recall Wheels, any stats on how rare they were?

Yes, I've seen the set for $3800! Come on, these are for A-Bodys, not Hemicudas! (No disrespect for A Bodys, I own 3 of them!)

Recall Wheels, any stats on how rare they were?

Hi, My '69 Dart GTS 383 convertible originally came with the W23 code Kelsey-Hayes Recall Wheels. Is there any statistics showing how many came with them or does anyone know how common they were? Thanks, Eric
