Must be the OSB truck forum I am on there and I don't even own one, but I spent 15 years in a Ford dealership working on them and have 40 years' experience as a mechanic. This crap just drives me nuts, no one wants to invest in the time to learn how to fix anything. Shortly the only people that...

all I have to say is when buying an old car dont trust anyone about its history

I know firsthand my wagon was purchased new by my Grandparents ordered from overseas where my grandfather worked picked up in January 1963 and they owned it until 1983 when I flat towed it to Texas for my aunt to drive after her car was totaled in an accident. She drove it 1 week and said it...

    Demon non-option question

I am sure that most dealers would have ordered the basic package which would have included AM radio and cigarette lighter. I would also think automatic transmission would have been optional and 3 speed manual would have been standard.

    Mopar A-Body 4-Door parts....Save them?

Wagon and 4 door interior door panels are the same. Wagon unique parts are the roof, rear seat and the rest of the car from the C pillars back. The fuel tank is the same, but the filler neck is wagon only, I also believe the rear bumper and license plate light are the same.

You may want to pull the sender and test it if the float is bad, you can still buy them, they are the same as Fords. I would personally try to stay with a OEM Mopar one. I believe the sock filter is also still available.
