Looks like a good deal to me. I have a '24 footer I've tried selling to upgrade to a larger one. Couldn't get any bites, don't know if it was priced too high or just the economy. Same as yours, I have a winch I use to pull the car in with, and while I miss the drivers door, it works fine...
