Okay, I'm about to present an unpopular opinion. Does anybody other than me have an issue with people referring to 81 through 93 Dodge pickups as "first gen"? Explain the 1980 tin grille trucks with Dodge Ram on the tailgate... technically if "first gen" is in reference to the Ram name, then 72...

Custom signs for people's porches and such. Think house number, last name, etc. Or various other short sayings or names, such as "Relax Central" or "The Man Cave". .. These could be either painted letters, burned in letters, etc, and the background could be either stained or painted. Sky's the...

I'm not sure if I actually "need" any more parts either, but I keep on collecting when the deal is right. It's an addiction.

I haven't bought or sold a Mopar part in 40 hours. Going through withdrawal sucks. I'm starting to shake uncontrollably.

I disagree. Lots of factory backed race cars had black engine compartments. The Rod Shop's cars are one example.

What's more of a crime? Black engine compartment on a non black Mopar, or a "cow" induction scoop on a Mopar?

Heading out today to gather more parts that I don't really need so that I can also acquire a few parts that I want. Package deals are the bane of my existence, lol

I need to go fight with a door on a 65 Coronet today. Lock button is up. Inside handle moves as it should. Thumb button on outside works as it should. But it absolutely won't open. Going to be a good time I'm sure.

Here in central PA, we say that it's great to have 4 seasons, but it sucks when they're all in the same week sometimes.

Anybody have any suggestions on what strut type front suspension and steering would be good in a street driven tube chassis car? Definitely want to stick with Mopar stuff, and prefer something that can easily be found in salvage yards.

A buddy of mine has a 28 A Tudor. It's not unusual for it to get a few hundred miles on it any weekend that the weather is decent.

71 Swinger. Drag car since 1976. Was an ultra low budget car. Extensively gutted. Full Lexan. Cage. Mini tubs. Putting it on the street, so swapping doors for ones that haven't been cut so extensively that they won't accept stock glass. Going back to all stock glass. Quarters were cut to clear a...

I keep debating if I feel this way because of the things I used to do, or if I feel this way because I don't do them as much anymore.

Maybe I'm just getting soft and spoiled. Thirty years ago, I would have probably been laying on my back under a Mopar, lowering a Torqueflite onto my chest before sliding it off of me, rolling out from under the car, and then dragging the trans out from under. Things like a floor jack, a lift, a...

If I knew 30 years ago that I'd feel like this, I might have done a few things differently. But I doubt it.

I screwed something up in my back. Fifth day in a row of being in pain. Not sure if it's getting better, or if I'm just growing used to it, because it doesn't hurt as much as it did before
