Stock,they are known to beat the big block!

I'm a 340 man and doing a project with a 383.
It's a 1967 with 905 heads bored 30 over with kb pistons with an edelbrock intake.
Can anyone tell me what kind of revs this baby can take?
Cast J or X head last longer the aluminum.
Also, keep in mind, magnum heads are know to crack between the valves do to the thickness of the ports is to tin.

I purchased a purple cam ( advance dur 268/272 dur @50% 228/231 lift 450/455). part # P4452761
Block was decked 10mil
heads where also shaved 10mil
