sorry guys. i feel like a dumb ***......for some reason i put a spacer plate on the intake and the butterflies were hitting the side of the plate... so i took the plate out and bolted the carb right to the intake and now there are no problems.... i think i just had a brain fart

i have a stock 360 iron intake manifold that i was going to put a new thermo quad carb on, but when the carb is on the intake, the butterflies wont open because they hit the edge of the intake..... is there an adapter i can get to make it work?
