    Thats how they did it from the factory without AC. Main belt is crank water pump and alternator P/S pump is crank and P/S pump A/C is crank water pump AC compressor and tensioner

    I made that observation about Dexcool years ago that the problems that people had with it were not a defect of Dexcool itself, but that people had mixed other types of antifreeze with it.

    AC belt goes over the crank the water pump pulley (it's a 2 groove pulley) ac belt adjuster and the ac compressor.

    Dayco 17555DR should work for the AC, 15570DR is the alt belt, 15405 for p/s with a 7-inch pulley and 15395 for a 6-inch pulley I would assume they are talking about the p/s pulley

    My 61 Plymouth Belvedere was a heater delete car and had no defrosters. I believe defrosters were federally mandated at some point in the 60s, maybe someone knows exactly when.

    That shroud pictured is a factory 63-64 slant 6 fan shroud would have been installed with heavy duty cooling package or factory ac, yea kind of rare and I am sure a lot of them were thrown away the first time they were taken off.

    Factory AC for A bodies in 63-64 was the same AirTemp AC as was used for dealer AC Kit just installed at the factory. In 65 that all changed.

    To low of a coolant temperature is also not good. Most engines should see about 220 as a normal operating temp it helps keep the oil cleaner as it drives moisture out of the engine.

    When they went to R134 they change the desiccant in the dryers/accumulators. But I can't remember the numbers for it. Any modern manufactured dryer/accumulators would have this already.

    That's because the wiper linkage and motors are different heater boxes should be completely the same controls and cables are different because they moved the controls to in dash on 64 and slider type controls I think in 66.

    You may also be overfilling the radiator coolant should just cover the core or about 1 inch below the cap seal on a non overflow system. This is to allow for the coolant to expand and not be pushed out the vent tube.

    Another question is have you over filled the radiator should be filled to about an inch from the top to allow for expansion.
