These braces are 2wd pieces, although guys have modified to fit the 4wd W series 1st gens. The 4wd braces is a much smaller mount that spaced the gear box out on frame.

Apparently late 80s and early 90s got the brace.. my factory 85 2wd frame never had the Brace and never cracked.. when I had an issue with the frame I swapped to I install this Brace and a pair of wing plates from far from stock.. no issues since.

I have 2 good used rust-free power steering gear box factory braces for the 2wd 1st gens 1976-1993 if your concerned about frame cracking or flex.

Belt may be worn and dry, I'd recommend a Dayco top cog or Gates belt. Don't go cheap on house brand belts they won't last...

We're talking about lower control arms here.. no eccentric in lowers.. Only on uppers.

The only true way of ensuring NOS or USA made anymore is to shop Ebay or older parts collections. The offsore parts just are not up to snuff..

Better off going NOS or USA made current stock.

You'd be dollars and headaches ahead going with a saginaw pump.. The brackets, pulley and rebuilt ones are all readily available.

Man I've seen some janky stuff.. but this 1.. hum. It almost seems like these springs are for the wrong year car, or something else needs addressed vs just adding extension blocks to get proper length.
