Carb Selection for 440 Duster
If you're going Holley or Demon I'd say 750 - 850. I've got the same setup you have just a bigger cam and I'm going with a 750 Holley double pumper. My .02- 1970duster440

Bogging on acceleration
I would check for blockage in the check valve. Hopefully it didn't get past there and got in the accelerator pump.- 1970duster440

I'd replace the filter first and make sure you have good gas pressure and flow to the carb.- 1970duster440
