Does anyone know if you need the speciality holley carb spacer part # 17-14 or 17-13 for a Holley 570 cfm carburetor? I have a universal one to fit a 5 1/8" neck and it won't fit on it, it gets stuck on the secondary flap (I think) thanks guys
