i ordered a fiberglass deck lid for my 70 swinger from AAR fiberglass ( stinger fiberglass). installed it today im pretty happy with it . Fit is really good will need some prime and blocking but over all a nice product

I have used many aftermarket parts over the years doing restorations and AMD is head and sholders better than any others that i have used . just put a quarter panel on my dart and it fit like an oem quarter

what u r doing is is altering the scoop so it is a bolt on useing the same material . the problem you deal with when you bond a scoop to a metal hood is you have too diffrent materials metal and fiberglass that with the change of tempature heat and cold will expand and contract diffrently...

25 years in the bodyshop evercoat rage is the best i have ever used no pin holes easy to use and sands easy and you can mix it with the evercoat metal to metal finishing glaze too if you want to thin it out a little . and when your done your done Prime it and go .

looks good did you use the full panel or splice some where?

i punch holes and plug weld with a wire feed if you have everything wright it looks like a spot weld just touch it with 80 grit on a die grinder and its ready to prime

I ordered a set of AMD quarters for my dart swinger today i will post some pictures as i go and let you know how they fit . I should have them friday so i will tear into it over the weekend .

Year one

I am wanting to replace the quarters on my dart with the oe type full quarters i am looking ar the AMD QUARTERS has anyone used these how is the fit and the quality of these any advice would be great. Thanks Jeffro any one have any pics ?
