    Thanks I tried loosening the bolt that holds the leaf spring on and apply moly grease between the bushings and flipped bracket and it didn't help. Ended up taking it all apart and lubing everything I could including the bolt shaft and it worked. Life is good again. Thanks. I have caps but...

    Thanks guys. It's a 20 footer and looks better in the pic's than in person. It gets compliments every time we take it out though. It's had one re paint before I got it and like the orig un restored look it has. Greased the spring bush and sleeve and it helped a little but still squeaking. Guess...

    Ran into a bit of a problem. The rear spring bushings are now squeaking like crazy . I did not lube the bushings when I did the flip since they were not squeaking before the flip. Tried squirting lube in there without much success. What could have caused this ? remedy besides replacing the...

    Thanks I think that's what won us over on buying it. Thanks Measures 8'' front,9'' rear @ the sill in front of the pinch seam's,if that makes sense. Tires are 205 on 14'' rims rear and 195 front.

    Front was already lowered a little after replacing a few suspension parts. I didn't like the stink bug look so I read up on lowering the rear on this forum and decided to flip the rear spring bracket's. I definitely like it, has a slight rake and best of all it was free.

    I need a carb

    I'm in the same boat. Looking for a new carb for a 64 to get her back on the road. Really want dual 1 barrels but I think it will be to much hassle setting it up correctly ? Anyone have a 1964 nos or known good carb they can part with ?
