also, you might want to try and lower the front fuel float down a little bit. My old car would do the same thing, small block, 4.56's, it would bog. lowered the front float and the problem went away!

what leaf springs are you using? Id try leaving the shocks where they are and going up 2PSI on the tires, looks like its crushing the tire and bouncing.

4.88 should be about right with the 30" tire with the 4800ish stall and the 360.
