well, It's been along time since I've updated my thread. It's been a real roller coaster around here and just didn't have the time to keep up. Long story short ...I got the first motor put in and running....then... a few weeks later I noticed a little puddle of anti-freeze on the floor and it...

I got my roof rail gaskets from Steele Rubber Products. The first set I got were wrong, I called them and with no problem they sent me another set that fit.

The only problem was he didn't have enough light and had a couple thick and thin places. The thick places just took some extra wet sanding, the thin places we'll fix afterI get it all put together. Other than that I'm very happy. I've told him he needs more light and I think he finally broke...

I think your body guy is the same guy who painted mine. I think I saw your fenders in his shop last week. Is it Denny?

Great looking project....but....the trunk pictures brought back memories of alot of cussing, cuts, scratches and burns from replacing my trunk pan and extensions. Keep the pictures coming!

The restoration and especially the engine and tranny look great,but, the con dition of that garage is sickening. Makes me just want to walk thru it with muddy boots on. LOL

There are numbers on the driver's side, the flat area just above the pan on the tranny. (stamped) Those are the numbers that you use to I.D. the tranny. Does the rearend have an inspection cover on the rear?

What color? Post pictures when its out of paint.

Weld Racing 5 star. Front and rear. I really wanted to run Cragar SS but they didn't have them with enough backspace cause I didn't want the tires to stick out past the body.
