People who love money own and drive classic cars

I’ve not checked to see what limitations are here. We can get either historical plates, or we can use plates from the same date as the vehicle. Same here about permanent with no inspection required. Regular plates are only about $30 a year.

PP taxes on my classics is $4.85. There are limitations on antique tags, so I just run regular plates on mine. About $60 for two years.

I agree, as long as you can do all your own work. Most mechanical I can do myself. I’m envious of those of you that can do body and paint.

Pretty sure that the majority of those profiting on these classics are the body shops, and mechanics that we pay to work on them. :)

People who love money own and drive classic cars

PP taxes are pretty reasonable here. Taxes on my classics this year were $4.85 each. My ‘17 Ram was $414. Ins on the two I have full coverage on average just a little over $100 for 6 months. As of right now, I have regular plates on my classics, so I’m not limited, and as far as insurance goes...

What do you think. Be kind.

Just my opinion, but I just always liked the yellow bee stripes, regardless of car color, except yellow cars. Then black.

July of 1970. Could go either way, most likely 71. Regardless that’s a desirable engine.

Age maybe ?? But now I want a certain C-body

My nephew’s grandfather left them a ‘73 Fury. Low miles, and excellent condition. 400 ci. Been sitting for several years, so we are going to go through belts and hoses, etc. Buff job, and detailed it should look like new.

Good idea. The scenery is much better on the lower side of Missouri. What your destination?

    2020 Ram Ecodiesel reviews please

My 2017 Big Horn, 4X4, has the 3.6 Pentastar. 305 HP. I towed my '48 Plymouth P15 with it, (heavy car) like it wasn't back there. 23/24 mpg highway. I would have to have a need for a diesel before I would consider one.

T shirt samples. Your vote is important

I voted for the four cars. I'm guessing this is for a MOPAR event, not just A bodies. If it is an A body event, like said above, back to the drawing board.

Girls and Boys your DREAM motorhome....................

I'd license that thing, and park it on my 5 acres as a home away from home. I have one neighbor lady, (you know the kind) that would raise hell about it, but as long as it's licensed, nothing she could do.

I’ll just leave this here. Inquire for a good laugh......

If that’s what he wants for that, what is mine worth? ( Not for sale )

    Salvage titles

Check with your insurance company too. Mine won't cover a salvage even for liability.

    newish paint-waxes, sealers? what

You have to watch Wally, and Sam. They have products made to their sizes, and especially at Sam's, packaged in multiples. If you break down the cost per ounce, or per item, lot of times it's not necessarily cheaper. I was at Sam's with a friend of mine that had a restaurant. He was going to buy...

Hope it works as well for you. Did I mention that he is anal about some things. Whenever I have a question about a product, I ask him to research it for me.

    newish paint-waxes, sealers? what

My son has a white Avalanche. He used this on it in the fall. You know how winter roads get here in Missouri. All he's done through the winter, is spray it off. Told me he hasn't used any soap yet. He swears by it, and he is anal about keeping his truck looking good. I'm going to use it on my...

    March Indy show. Going? Vendors?

Miles is not the problem. Have made several trips to Indy the last few years. Still have some family in Shelbyville. Just didn't find out in time to make arrangements.

Offensive to sellers but have people gone over the cliff on Car values

If you restore a car, and do all the work, you do deserve some reward for your labor. If you pay to have everything done, you have probably dug a hole, you'll never climb out of.
