Don't know about the Nats, but the Hot Rod Power tour just rescheduled for the last week of August, and the second stop on the Tour is at National Trail Raceway. This was a change from the previous route that was announced.

I am all signed up for the Long Haul. All things being equal, I am making the trip in my Dart. Worse case, I will have to pull out my 2018 T/A. My father is also trekking along in his 07 Daytona. And my 16 year old son and 13 year old daughter are coming along for the ride.

Just an FYI for you guys, but I believe the ACAA is having its Eastern regional meet and car show in Gettysburg on Saturday during the Mopar show. Might be worth a ride over there to check things out.

I will be there Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning. The cruise in on Thursday evening is pretty good. If I take my Dart I will be parked somewhere close to you as mine will be in the 60's Modified A-body Dodge class (looks like that is what you have too). And welcome from Fredericksburg, VA.

It just depends on why you are going. The Nats is definitely the place if you want to drag race. Having been to both, Carlisle is much bigger, particularly with the huge swap meet area. If you are looking for hard to find parts or even a car, Carlisle is the place to go. I like the Nats just...

Agree with this. Had the chance to go for work last year and got to spend about a half a day to myself wandering around looking at everything. It is a pretty amazing place to see and experience, even despite all the wealthy classic car market-ruining snobs running around.

I shipped a trunk lid from Washington state to VA using Greyhound bus. It was surprisingly inexpensive, but it took a little while to arrive.

Hate that I missed the Nats this year. Always go to the Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle, PA, but had the chance to go the Nats last year and it was great. Some amazing Mopars there. Hope to get back next year (maybe with my project Dart).
